RUSSIA — Cassandra and Cory Monnin, of Russia, have announced the birth of a son, Rylan James Monnin, born April 1, 2019, at 3:45 a.m., in the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.

He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his sister, Cora, 2.

His maternal grandparents are Janice and James Turner, of Russia. His paternal grandparents are Judy and Tony Monnin, of Russia.

His mother is the former Cassandra Turner.
