RUSSIA — Robert and Samantha Hightower, of Russia, announce the birth of their daughter, Katherine Lucy Hightower, on March 15, 2020, at 3:55 a.m. at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

She was welcomed home by her older brother, Bobby, 3, and her older sister, Mary, 2.

Her maternal grandparents are Patrick and Carla Smith, of Hilliard. Her paternal grandparents are Todd and Colleen Carr, of Troy. Her maternal great-grandparents are Tom and Connie Kemp, of Dublin. Her paternal great-grandparents are Rod and Mary Alice Paxson, of Fairborn.

Her mother is the former Samantha Smith.
