MINSTER — Mallory and Rob Puthoff, of Minster, have announced the birth of a son, Garret Lee Puthoff, born March 21, 2016, at 11:08 p.m., in the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.

He weighed 7 pounds, 9 1/2 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.

His maternal grandparents are Becky and Don Barhorst, of Fort Loramie. His paternal grandparents are Anne and David Puthoff, of Minster.

His great-grandparents are Helen and George Barhorst, of Fort Loramie, Marlene and Larry Prenger, of Minster, and Teresa Puthoff, of Sidney.

His mother is the former Mallory Barhorst.
