ARCANUM — Shanda and Phillip Ashbrook, of Arcanum, have announced the birth of a son, Levi Phillip Ashbrook, born Aug. 4, 2015, at 6 p.m. in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 21 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his brother, Wyatt Henry Ashbrook.

His maternal grandparents are Richard Slone and Mary Grise, both of Piqua. His paternal grandparents are Ellen and Alan Ashbrook, of Fort Loramie.

His mother is the former Shanda Slone, of Houston.
