SIDNEY — Julie and Brad Cotterman, of Sidney, have announced the birth of a son, William Allen Cotterman, born July 28, 2016, at 4:32 p.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health.

He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his sisters, Bailey, 6, and Olivia, 4.

His maternal grandparents are Cheryl and Steve Wagner, of Sidney. His paternal grandparents are Sara and Tim Cotterman, of Sidney.

His mother is the former Julie Wagner, of Sidney.
