MINSTER — Trisha and Tony Kemper, of Minster, have announced the birth of a daughter, Ryan Jolene, born Nov. 10, 2017, at midnight, in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

She weighed 6 pounds, 15.7 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.

She was welcomed home by her brother, Rowen, 6, and her sister, Reggie, 4.

Her maternal grandparens are Elaine and Jim Barlage, of Russia. Her paternal grandparents are Mary and Jim Kemper, of Minster.

Her great-grandparents are Odyne and Allen Barlage, of Fort Loramie, and Mildred and Al Borchers, of Minster.

Her mother is the former Trisha Barlage, of Russia.
