RUSSIA — Stacey and Jordan Grogean, of Russia, have announced the birth of a son, Louis Reed Grogean, born Nov. 21, 2017, at 3:10 a.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health in Sidney.

He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20 3/4 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his sister, Amelia Grogean, 1.

His maternal grandparents are Maryann and Randy Gump, of Versailles, and Sheila and Rob Reed, of Wellston. His paternal grandparents are Linda and John Grogean, of Russia.

His great-grandparents are Hilda and Charlie Grogean, of Russia, Doris and Richard Ware, of Versailles, and Barbara Gump, of Greenville.

His mother is the former Stacey Reed, of Versailles.
