ANNA — Laura Nicole Albers, of Anna, and Eric Benjamin Niekamp, of Cincinnati, have announced their engagement and plans to marry July 25, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in McCartyville.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Angie and Tom Albers, of Anna. She graduated from Anna High School in 2009 and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech language pathology from Ball State University. She is employed by St. Leonard’s Franciscan Living Community as a speech language pathologist.

Her finace is the son of Nita and Lou Niekamp, of Anna. He is a 2009 graduate of Anna High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and radiation therapy from Ball State University. He is employed by the Christ Hospital as a radiation therapist.
