UPPER ARLINGTON — Danielle Simon, of Upper Arlington, and Adam Grieshop, of Worthington, have announced their engagement and plans to marry Aug. 1, 2015, in the St. Remy Church in Russia.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Laura and Ron Simon, of Russia. She graduated from Russia High School in 2005, from the University of Dayton in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in mild/moderate intervention, and from the Ohio State University in 2015 with a Master of Ars in reading and literacy instruction. She is employed by the Dublin City Schools as a reading recovery specialist.

Her fiance is the son of Donna and Jerry Grieshop, of Yorkshire. He is a 2000 graduate of Marion Local High School and a 2004 graduate of the Ohio State Uniersity, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is employed by Scotts Miracle-Gro as a national account manager.
