RUSSIA — Alexa R. Counts, and Treg T. Francis, both of Russia, have announced their engagement and plans to marry, Jan. 6, 2018, in the Saint Remy Catholic Church in Russia.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rodney and Laura Counts, of Russia. She graduated from Russia High School in 2013 and from Ball State University in 2016 with an art education degree. She is employed by Fort Loramie High School as an art teacher.
Her fiance is the son of Bradley and Melissa Francis, of Russia. He is a 2013 graduate of Russia High School and a 2017 graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned a supply chain management degree. He is employed by Honda in Marysville.
