CELINA — Angela Jo Baumer, of Celina, and Michael Lee Wellman, of New Knoxville, have announced their engagement and plans to marry, Feb. 10, 2018, in the At. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lois and Donald Baumer, of Minster. She graduated from Minster High School in 2002 and attended Edison State Community College in Piqua. She is employed by Schwieterman’s Pharmacy in Minster.
Her fiance is the son of Janice and Lee Wellman, of New Knoxville. He is a 2001 graduate of New Knoxville High School and attended the University of Northwestern Ohio in Lima. He is a self-employed farmer at Golden Hills Farms in St. Marys.
