BELLEFONTAINE — Donovan O’Neil, Grassroots director for Americans for Prosperity-Ohio, will address the Top of Ohio Patriots on Thursday, June 8, at 7 p.m. at the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center, 2280 State Route 540, Bellefontaine.

O’Neil’s responsibilities include educating, activating and mobilizing individuals around the issues of liberty and freedom. Experienced at all levels of government, O’Neil worked for Ohio Auditor of State Dave Yost, promoting local government innovation and managed www.SkinnyOhio.org which encourages cost saving initiatives in state and local government. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University.
