A fun day of ‘fishing’

A men’s fish fry was held in honor of all men and Fathers Day at Elmwood of New Bremen. More than 90 families, friends, and residents enjoyed eating fish, fries, coleslaw, variety of pies and refreshments. Ten men from the Minster men’s choir performed, even doing serenades. A photo booth was available to make some keepsakes and memories. On tables were messages in a bottle with seaweed to taste and a fortune telling fish item. Cash and carry pies were for sale, all monies going to end Alzheimer’s. A fire outside for roasting marshmallows. Mortin from st Marys Fish Hatchery had variety of fishing paper items for free as take homes.
