CRIDERSVILLE — Did you ever wonder what was under those big skirts ladies wore in the 1800s? The Cridersville Historical Society will host a presentation by LuAnn Everett on Monday, July 10, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room at Otterbein Cridersville Retirement Community to help answer those questions. Everett, a long-time collector of vintage clothing, will have examples of the types of under garments worn by women in the past. She will explain the multi-layered and lengthy process involved in a lady’s attire.
