MINSTER — Minster Bank awarded $13,000 in scholarships to local recipients.
Each of the winners received a $1,000 Minster Bank scholarship based upon their academics and pursuit of a business degree. The recipients were Anna Dunn, of Covington High School, Beth Weigandt, of Fairlawn High School, Kaitlyn Luebke, of Fort Loramie High School, Lindsey Elsne,r of Lehman High School, Luke Berning of Marion Local High School, Jenny Trzaska of Minster High School, Megan Ball, of New Bremen High School, Kenzie Schroer, of New Knoxville High School, Kristen Strunk, of Sidney High School, Jacob Hollman, of St. Marys Memorial High School, Caroline Pratt, of Troy High School, Neal Demmitt, of Troy Christian High School, and Lauren Drake, of Wapakoneta High School.

Lehman grad, Lindsey Elsner, is the daughter of Larry and Karen Elsner. She plans to study Accounting at University of Cincinnati.
Jenny Trzaska is a Minster High School graduate, and is the daughter of Steve and Bonnie Trzaska. She will attend University of Notre Dame and study Architecture.
Marion Local grad, Luke Berning, is the son of John and Juliana Berning. Berning plans to study Finance at University of Cincinnati.
Megan Ball, daughter of Richard and Andrea Ball, is from New Bremen. She plans to attend University of Cincinnati, majoring in Business.
New Knoxville native, Kenzie Schroer, plans to major in Business Administration at Wheeling Jesuit University. She is the daughter of Kyle Schroer and Krista Schroer.
Kristen Strunk, of Sidney, is the daughter of Andrew Strunk and Roxanne Strunk. She will attend Edison Community College and major in Business and Human Resources.
Jacob Hollman, of St. Marys, is the son of Jim and Julie Hollman. He plans to major in Marketing at Bowling Green State University.
Neal Demmitt, son of David and Debbie Demmitt, is a graduate of Troy Christian High School. He plans to major in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Finance or Management at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Troy grad, Caroline Pratt, is the daughter of Jeannine and Andrew Pratt. She plans to attend the University of Alabama and major in Finance.
Lauren Drake of Wapakoneta is the daughter of Shannon Drake and John Drake. She will be attending University of Northwestern Ohio to study Business Administration and Accounting.
Anna Dunn plans to major in Marketing at Wright State University. She is the daughter of Steve and Kimberly Dunn.
Beth Weigandt is a Fairlawn High School graduate and is the daughter of Jason and Gwen Weigandt. She will major in Marketing and Graphic Design at Bluffton University.
Kaitlyn Luebke, of Ft. Loramie, plans to major in Business/Marketing at The Ohio State University in Lima. She is the daughter of Dale and Nancy Luebke.
