MINSTER — Minster Bank awarded $13,000 in scholarships to local recipients.

Each of the winners received a $1,000 Minster Bank scholarship based upon their academics and pursuit of a business degree. The recipients were Anna Dunn, of Covington High School, Beth Weigandt, of Fairlawn High School, Kaitlyn Luebke, of Fort Loramie High School, Lindsey Elsne,r of Lehman High School, Luke Berning of Marion Local High School, Jenny Trzaska of Minster High School, Megan Ball, of New Bremen High School, Kenzie Schroer, of New Knoxville High School, Kristen Strunk, of Sidney High School, Jacob Hollman, of St. Marys Memorial High School, Caroline Pratt, of Troy High School, Neal Demmitt, of Troy Christian High School, and Lauren Drake, of Wapakoneta High School.

Lehman grad, Lindsey Elsner, is the daughter of Larry and Karen Elsner. She plans to study Accounting at University of Cincinnati.

Jenny Trzaska is a Minster High School graduate, and is the daughter of Steve and Bonnie Trzaska. She will attend University of Notre Dame and study Architecture.

Megan Ball, daughter of Richard and Andrea Ball, is from New Bremen. She plans to attend University of Cincinnati, majoring in Business.
