SIDNEY — The following people recently appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:
• Jennifer Coppess, 39, Piqua, driving under the influence first offense and reasonable control. She entered a plea of not guilty and was fined $25 for reasonable control.
• Kevin Kinninger, 59, 203 W. State St., Botkins, driving under the influence first offense, DUI .17 breath offense and driving in marked lanes. He was fined $225 for driving under the influence and $25 for driving in marked lanes.
• Sarah Steinke, 25, 211 Roth St., Botkins, speeding. $30 fine.
• William McReynolds, 43, Dayton, speeding. $30 fine.
• Katelynn Ball, 22, 1201 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, speeding. $30 fine.
