SIDNEY — Wilson Health has appointed three men to join its board of trustees.
Appointed to serve initial three-year terms were Tom Milligan, Dr. Robert McDevitt and Jason Stiver.
Milligan is the CEO and owner of Western Ohio Cut Stone, an architectural landscape stone and building quarrier and fabricator with operations in Ohio. Milligan is a 1978 graduate of Sidney High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University followed by a master’s degree in international economic policy from Columbia University in New York. Over the years, Milligan has volunteered his time and served on various boards and community service clubs and organizations. Currently, he serves on the Raise the Roof for the Arts Board of Directors. Milligan is also a member of the Rotary International-Sidney Chapter. He is a 2017 Hall of Honor inductee of Sidney City Schools.
McDevitt is a board-certified general surgeon with Shelby County Surgical Associates in Sidney. He has been caring for patients in Shelby County and surrounding communities for 30 years. He currently serves as the chief of staff for Wilson Health as well as president of the Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health Department. McDevitt received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University followed by Doctor of Medicine from University of Cincinnati. He completed his internship and residency at Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati followed by a surgery residency at University of Cincinnati-Department of Surgery.
Stiver is vice president of the healthcare division of Ferguson Construction Co. He has been employed by Ferguson for 17 years, serving in various capacities. He has served as the Holy Angels Catholic School PTO president for the past two years and is a volunteer youth baseball, football and basketball coach for the school’s athletic program. Stiver received his Bachelor of Science in industrial management from Bowling Green State University with a specialization in construction management.
The following trustees were re-elected to serve as officers for the 2017 year: Rudy Keister, Ruese Insurance Agency, chairman; Andy Counts, US Bank, vice chairman; Priscilla Wilt, retired JP Morgan Chase, treasurer; and Dr. Chuck Edelen, Midwest Ohio Dental, secretary.
Other board members are Devon Beer, Freshway Foods; Janice Benanzer, Baumfolder Corp.; John Deeds, Faulkner, Garmhausen, Keister & Shenk; Mark Dooley, Wilson Health; Dr. Eric Prenger, Wilson Health Medical Group; Tom Sheehan, Emerson Climate Technologies; Tonya Thieman, attorney; and Bob Wheeler, Airstream.
