SIDNEY — Kona Ice will serve free cups of tropical shaved ice, Tuesday, April 17, from noon to 2 p.m. in downtown Sidney.

The island-inspired truck will be parked next to the post office at 135 N. Ohio St.

“To relieve taxpayers of the stress associated with meeting the federal deadline, Kona Ice will host its fifth National ‘Chill Out’ Day,” said owner Sarah Lay, of Troy, in a release. “The refreshing treat will ensure that there is no taxation with relaxation this tax season.”
