SIDNEY — A spring card party will be at the Senior Center, 304 S. West Ave., April 25, from 1 to 4 p.m.

This event is open to the public for a donation of $6 to play the game of one’s choice at each table.

Doors will open at 12:30 p.m., with playing cards provided, or attendees may bring their own, if they prefer. Refreshments, including homemade cookies, cheese balls, finger sandwiches, fruit, a variety of snacks and desserts, punch and coffee will be served.

Door prizes will be awarded. A raffle of more than 50 prizes provided by community supporters of the center, including many cash prizes, will be available. There will also be a 50/50 drawing. Raffle winners do not need to be present.

Committee chairwomen are Donna Herbert, Vickie Alexander and Farrel Kaplan.
