Drug suspects enter pleas in court A number of defendants appeared for their arraignment in Shelby County Common Pleas Court Monday afternoon.
Barbara Gregory, 53, 219 E. Water St., pleaded not guilty to one count of permitting drug abuse, a felony of the fifth degree, and one count of drug trafficking, a felony of the fourth degree.
On Sept. 28, Gregory is accused of selling Percocet to a police informant. According to authorities, the transaction took place in the vicinity of a school. On Sept. 30, Gregory also allegedly allowed another individual to sell drugs to an informant.
A previously posted bond was continued for Gregory.
Brandon Lee, 27, at large, pleaded not guilt to three counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Aug. 12 and 25, Lee is accused of selling crack cocaine to a police informant.
A previously posted bond was continued for Lee.
Tavares Upkins, 30, at large, pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On July 13 and Sept. 16, Upkins allegedly sold crack cocaine to a police informant.
A previously posted bond was continued by Upkins.
Lindsey Sherman, 21, 229 1/2 Franklin St., pleaded not guilty to one count of permitting drug abuse, a felony of the fifth degree with a specification.
According to authorities, on Aug. 21 Sherman allegedly allowed Mike Morrow, 33, 229 1/2 Franklin St., to sell heroin from her Dodge Durango while she was driving it. Sherman's' vehicle is also subject to forfeiture according to the specification on the drug abuse charge.
A previously posted bond was continued for Sherman.
Mike Morrow, Jr., 33, 229 1/2 Franklin St., pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, one felony of the fourth and two felonies of the fifth degree.
On Aug. 19 and 21, Morrrow reportedly sold heroin to a police informant.
A previously posted bond was continued for Morrow.
Danny Gates, 34, 5957 Dawson Road, Houston, pleaded not guilty to one count of burglary, a felony of the second degree.
On Aug. 28, Gates reportedly entered the residence of Dave and Sharon Leist at 5995 Dawson Road and stole a box of change.
Gates was released on his own recognizance and was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim in the case.
John Shoe, 45, 706 N. Main Ave., pleaded not guilty to one count of drug possession, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Oct. 27, Shoe was reportedly found with heroin on him.
A previously posted bond was continued for Shoe.
Ronnie Waldroop, 51, 1212 Amherst Drive, pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Oct. 5 and 6, Waldroop is accused of selling morphine to a police informant.
A previously posted bond was continued for Waldroop.
Morgan Sherman, 21, 710 Taft St., pleaded not guilty to two counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Aug. 14 and 20, Sherman is accused of selling heroin to a confidential informant. On one occasion, he reportedly sold amitriptyline, a prescribed medication, and told the informant it was heroin.
A previously posted bond was continued for Sherman.
Timothy Sapp, 22, 836 Park St., Apt. B, pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, one felony of the fourth and two of the fifth degrees.
On Sept. 15, Aug. 31 and Aug. 28, Sapp is accused of selling marijuana to a police informant, with one of the occasions being in the vicinity of a juvenile.
Sapp was released on his own recognizance.
Jason Saylor, 26, 633 Third Ave., pleaded not guilty to one count of drug trafficking, a felony of the fourth degree.
On Sept. 4, Saylor is accused of selling marijuana to a police informant while in the vicinity of a juvenile.
Saylor was released on his own recognizance.
Mike Miller, 39, 1135 Hilltop Ave., pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, felonies of the third, fourth and fifth degree.
On Sept. 4 and 10, Miller is accused of selling Oxycontin and Vicodin, a Schedule II drug, to a police informant while a juvenile was present. Miller is also accuse of selling cocaine to an informant on Oct. 5.
He was released on his own recognizance.
Tara Cooper, 18, 768 Countryside lane, Apt. 6, pleaded not guilty to one count of permitting drug abuse, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Sept. 15, Cooper allegedly permitted Ryan Campbell, 21, 768 Countryside Lane, Apt. 6, to sell marijuana to a police informant while at her residence.
A previously posted bond was continued for Cooper.
Debra Corner, 53, 704 East Ave., pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Oct. 5, 6 and 13, Corner allegedly sold morphine to a police informant.
A previously posted bond was continued for Corner.
Ryan Campbell, 21, 768 Countryside Lane, Apt. 6, pleaded not guilty to four counts of drug trafficking, a felonies of the fifth and two of the fourth.
On Sept. 15, 16 and 24, and Oct. 2, Campbell reportedly sold marijuana to a police informant.
A previously posted bond was continued. for Campbell.
Dana Powers, 44, 207 State Route 47, Port Jefferson, pleaded not guilty to one count of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Sept. 25, Powers allegedly sold Xanax, a schedule IV drug, to a police informant.
Powers was released on her own recognizance.
Donte Jelks, 18, 224 Pike St., pleaded not guilty to two counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fourth degree.
On Sept. 4, Jelks is accused of selling marijuana to a police informant.
Jelks was released on his own recognizance.
Collin Hymes, 20, 439 Jefferson St., pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Aug. 17 and 19, Hymes is accused of selling heroin to a police informant.
Hymes was released on his own recognizance.
Lewis Ballou, 54, of Sidney, pleaded not guilty to two counts of complicity to traffic drugs, a felony of the fourth degree.
On Sept. 29, Ballou reportedly drove an individual to a location to sell marijuana.
Ballou was released on his own recognizance.
Lawrence Hackett, 34, of Sylvania, pleaded not guilty to three counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Sept. 3 and 4, and Aug. 24, Hackett is accused of selling marijuana to a police informant.
Hackett was released on his own recognizance.
Tisha Ragland, 36, 836 Park St., Apt. D, pleaded not guilty to four counts of drug trafficking, three felonies of the fourth and one of the fifth; and two counts of permitting drug abuse, a felony of the fifth degree.
From Aug. 20 to Sept. 4, Ragland reportedly sold marijuana to a police informant on numerous occasions. She is also accused of allowing Shawn Labelle, 29, 812 Park St., Apt. F, to sell drugs from her residence on two occasions.
Ragland was released on her own recognizance.
Shaun Labelle, 29, 812 Park St., Apt. F, pleaded not guilty to two counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Sept. 1, Labelle is accused of selling marijuana to a police informant.
Labelle was released on his own recognizance.
Krista Wilcox, 35, at large, pleaded not guilty to three counts of permitting drug abuse, a felony of the fifth degree.
On Sept. 4, 10 and 17, Wilcox is accused of allowing two individuals to sell crack cocaine from her residence.
A previously posted bond for Wilcox was continued.
Misty Harmon, 29, of Sidney, pleaded not guilty to one count of permitting drug abuse, a felony of the fifth degree, and two counts of drug trafficking, a felony of the fourth degree.
On Sept. 1, Harmon allegedly allowed an individual to sell crack cocaine from her residence to a police informant. On the same day, Harmon is also accused of selling Vicodin to a police informant. She also reportedly sold Vicodin to an informant on Oct. 6 as well.
Harmon was released on her own recognizance.
