Sidney City Council

SIDNEY — Sidney City Council will meet in a workshop session Monday, July 6, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.

Council will hear a report from the Sidney-Shelby Economic Partnership on economic development efforts, and reports on a consent agenda to streamline the council meeting process, noncompliance issues with the city’s Inflow & Infiltration Program, and a proposal to allow alcohol consumption on a temporary basis during the Great Downtown BBQ-Fest.

Joint Sewer Board

QUINCY — The Quincy/DeGraff Joint Sewer Board meeting to be held Monday, July 6, 2015, at 7 p.m. at the Joint Sewer Plant will be meeting at 6 p.m. with a representative from the Ohio State University to review the use of fish to control algae at the wastewater treatment plant.

Fairlawn Board of Education

SIDNEY — The Fairlawn Local Schools Board of Education will meet Thursday, July 9, at 6;30 p.m. in Room 122 at Fairlawn Local Schools.

Items on the agenda include approving the staff handbook, employment, service contracts, lunch prices and school fees.
