Miami County YMCA named Pandemic Childcare program

PIQUA — The Miami County YMCA is offering a Pandemic Child Care Program at the Alexander-Davis Child Care Center in Piqua and the Robinson Branch between Troy and Tipp City. This temporary program allows health care workers and other essential employees child care options during the current Covid-19 crisis.

The two sites will operate Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. 6 p.m. beginning March 30. The cost per week of care is $141 for infants/toddlers, $118 for preschool, and $115 for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. A registration packet must be filled out prior to attendance with proof of essential employment. Further information and the registration packet can be requested by contacting each location.

The Alexander-Davis YMCA Child Care Center is located at 300 W. High St. in Piqua. It is able to serve infants, toddlers, preschool, and children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Contact Brandy Reindel at 937-778-5241 or [email protected] with questions.
