Ada Bumgarner, of Sidney, prunes some of her Blaze Climbers, along Jefferson Street, on Friday, June 26, that are struggling with some yellow leaves and black spots. Bumgarner believes too much shade is contributing to their poor health. Bumgarner is an employee of over 20 years at the Amos Memorial Library and has in past years cared for the flowers that grow around the library as well.
