Groups team up to clean up Jackson Center


The Jackson Center Boy Scouts Troop 90, Cub Scouts Pack 90, and the Shelby County Livestock 4-H Club teamed up to be good stewards of the land by cleaning the banks of five miles of the Jackson Center and Muchinippi Creeks recently. Nearly 1,000 pounds of trash were collected by the 38 volunteers. The event was sponsored by Jackson Center Greater Growth Association, Plastipak, John and Sharon Lenhart and the Village of Jackson Center.
