CELINA — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer, Auglaize, and Van Wert Counties, will be holding a local heroes community appreciation event next week.

On Tuesday, July 26, BBBS, along with Century 21 Master Key Realty, invites the public to help thank local emergency responders.

The open house style event will be held at 1005 N. Main St., Celina, and 909 N. Main St. from 5 to 7 p.m.

Staff that will be there include: Celina Police Officers, K-9, Celina Firemen, Celina EMS, Lake Campus Police, Mercer County Sheriff Department, Wapakoneta Police Officers, and St. Marys Police Officers, and demonstration units.

There will be refreshments, and lots to do.
