SIDNEY — Sidney’s version of “The Amazing Race” is coming to downtown on Friday, Aug. 19.

Downtown Sidney invites the public to join the challenge of The Amazing Downtown Race beginning on the north side of the Shelby County Court Square next Friday at 5:45 p.m.

The race will be comprised of teams of four competing in multiple challenges from clue sheets through out various downtown locations. Team members must be at least 21-years-old or more to participate. The cost is $20 per team.

There will also be a family-friendly scavenger hunt available for a $5 per team. Prizes will be awarded t0 the top teams.

Registration and payment are required no later than Aug. 12. The entry form to register a team can be found at www.downtownsidney.com.
