SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Air Force Airman 1st Class Gabryonna B. Hunt and Air Force Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Jacob A. Monnin graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas recently.

They completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Hunt is the daughter of Elizabeth Gudorf and Eddie Hunt Jr. of Dayton. She is also the granddaughter of Sarah Gudorf of Dayton, and niece of Kyle and Virginia Slade of Russia. She graduated in 2013 from Walter E. Stebbins High School, Riverdside, Ohio.

Monnin is the son of Alan and Sandy Monnin of Russia, Ohio, and the brother of Abbey Monnin of Los Angeles, Calif., and Joseph Monnin. He is a 2012 graduate of Russia High School.
