SIDNEY — The 23rd annual 4-H Breakfast will be Sept. 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.in the Sidney Elks Club, 221 S. Main Ave.

The buffet menu includes sausage links and patties, bacon, eggs, pancakes, home fries, sausage gravy, biscuits and toast. The meal also includes orange juice, coffee and milk. Adult meals are $7 and children under 16 can eat for $3.

Proceeds will support the 4-H Foundation, which uses the funds for 4-H events and activities throughout the year. In years past, the foundation has used the money received from the breakfast for the new bathroom/shower project and Junior Fair Board Office renovations at the Shelby County Fairgrounds, the Horse Arena, the Livestock Show Arena, the Barnyard Olympics, the king and queen contest, scholarships and most recently, the newest 4-H Club in Shelby County, the Shelby County Shooters.
