The big move

A “box to bulk” machine is lifted into the air by fork lifts at an Advanced Composites warehouse located on Howard Street Wednesday, Jan. 25. The massive object was moved from another Advanced Composites building on Vandemark Road Wednesday, Jan. 25 by NKA Transportation. Bill Williams, front, points up to let Benji Breinich, left, know to keep raising the structure with his forklift so that the flatbed semi trailer can drive out from underneath it. The machine was then moved into the warehouse. The plastic resin will be dropped into hoppers on the “box to bulk” that will then blow the resin into trucks for transport to customers.
