SIDNEY — On Friday, Jan. 27, 2017, at approximately 4:54 p.m., Sidney patrol units arrested a second individual believed by investigators to be involved with the Jan. 25, 2017, felonious assault and kidnapping incident that occurred at 510 N. Main Ave., Apt C.

A warrant was issued by the Sidney Municipal Court Friday afternoon for Tyler S. Rhoads, 19, on one count of felonious assault, a felony of the second degree, and one count of kidnapping, a felony of the first degree.

Officers with the Sidney Police patrol unit located and arrested Rhoads at 805 Arrowhead Drive, Apt K. Rhoades was transported to the Shelby County Jail shortly after his arrest.
