SIDNEY — DayBreak Adult Day Services is hosting a free education program by the Alzheimer’s Association on Nov. 7 at 6 p.m.

A healthy meal will also be provided. Please RSVP by calling 937-492-8074.

The Alzheimer’s Association is providing this program to teach the public how diet, nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement all impact healthy aging.

DayBreak is located at 2901 Fair Road in Sidney, in the lower level of Fair Haven.
