BELLEFONTAINE — The trial for Patrick and Heather O’Donnell ended Wednesday morning when a plea deal was reached in the case.

Patrick O’Donnell entered a guilty plea to one count of gross sexual imposition, a 3ed degree felony. He was determined to be a sex offender and is no longer in education.

Charges against Heather O’Donnell were dropped.
