WAPAKONETA — The Auglaize County Democratic Party Executive Committee met for the first time in 2018 in regular session on Thursday, March 1, at the council chambers in Wapakoneta.

During this session Dave Stewart, of Wapak, and Jan Selby and Sue Lynch, both of St. Marys, were sworn in as the newest members of the executive committee.

The party unanimously voted to endorse Adam Papin for Ohio State Senate, District One, Aden Baker for Ohio’s 82nd House District, and Joe Monbeck for Ohio’s 84th House District. All three candidates face no primary challenger and will automatically go on the ballot in November to face the Republican challenger.
