PIQUA — The latest in the line of Upper Valley Career Center project houses is complete and being prepared for public auction, Jan. 26, at 10 a.m.

The house, at 8950 Looney Road in Piqua, is approximately the 20th home built by the school since the late 1970s. Each home utilizes the skills of multiple career tech programs from the school. This most recent home was was a joint effort of the carpentry, HVAC/R, electrical trades and landscape management programs.

Open houses are planned for Sunday, Jan. 13, and Jan. 19 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. for anyone interested in touring the home prior to the auction on Jan. 26. Inquiries regarding the home can be made to Patrick Gibson, Upper Valley Career Center director of operations, at 937-381-1479 or [email protected].
