SIDNEY — Gay Smith, broker/owner of RE/Max One, was recognized nationally in the 2015 REAL Trends “The Thousand” recently.

Participating U.S. agents with the most home sales in 2014 were listed by transaction sides (working as either the buying agent or the selling agent in a real estate transaction), sales volume and average sales price. Smith placed 46th in the top 250 agent rankings for most transaction sides.

“It’s an honor to be listed among such hardworking and dedicated professionals across the U.S.,” Smith said.

Among the 500 individual agents and agent teams closing the most residential transaction sides, 125 were RE/MAX professionals which is 25 percent of the total.
