SIDNEY — Dr. Noufal Jajeh has opened a new gastroenterology and hepatology practice in Sidney.

Gastroenterology and Hepatogloy of Northwest Ohio is at 930 Wapakoneta Ave.

Jajeh is a board-certified and fellowship-trained gastroenterologist with 29 years of experience in GI and hepatology. He specializes in comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders, including GI bleedings, pancreatitis, colitis, Crohn’s disease, bowel disease, IBS, liver disease, acid reflux/heartburn, hemorrhoids, hepatitis, GERD and early GI cancer detection. His skill set also includes screening colonoscopy with polypectomy and endoscopic and special GI procedures.

Jajeh received his medical degree from Damacus University Medical School followed by a residency in internal medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he was also chief resident of gastroenterology. He also holds a master’s degree in preventative medicine from the University of Iowa.
