SIDNEY — Nearly 50 people of Shelby County gathered at the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA for an annual estate-planning seminar, Tuesday, Sept. 12.

The seminar focused on basic estate planning measures. Attorneys Ralph Keister and Craig Albers were the keynote speakers.

Keister is a partner with Faulkner, Garmhausen, Keister & Shenk in Sidney. He has expertise in the areas of taxation and estate planning, trusts and probate. Albers is also with Faulkner, Garmhausen, Keister & Shenk in Sidney. His areas of concentration at the firm include taxation, estate planning and probate, and corporate and commercial law.

Guests were provided with a light dinner prior to the seminar. Following the keynote speakers, the audience was given the opportunity to ask questions pertaining to estate planning. Attendees received packets of educational material to take home for future reference.
