ANNA — The Anna Civic Association is sponsoring a Halloween party on Thursday, Oct. 29, immediately following trick-or-treat. Games and snacks will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Anna Elementary School cafeteria. Costume judging will begin at 8 p.m., with cash prizes awarded to the top costumes. This event is open to all and admission is free.
