SIDNEY — SCARF and the Shelby County Animal Shelter have opened registrations for their Low Cost Pet Vaccine and Microchip Clinic, scheduled for April 9, from 9 a.m. to noon at the shelter, 1100 Clem Road, Sidney.
All registrations and payment must be received by March 30. Registration must be made in person at the shelter; however the forms are available for printout at www.helpshelbycountyanimals.com, as well as in hard copy at the shelter. Prices are as follows:
Dogs: Rabies $10, distemper/parvo/corona/lepto combo $11, microchip $25.
Cats: Feline 4-way $8, feline leukemia $14, rabies $10, microchip $25.
Dr. Tim Woodward, of Tri-County Veterinary Service in Anna, will administer the shots. Dogs will be required to be on leashes and cats will need to be in carriers the day of the clinic.
