MONDAY

-7:39 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police arrested Thomas Ganger, 43, for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and open container.

-7:33 p.m.: criminal damaging. Louis Zechman, 44, 805 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. K, reported someone poured sugar in and around his gas tank. There are no suspects at this time.

-6:49 p.m.: open liquor container. Police arrested Jace Edwards, 33, 322 E. South St., for open container.

-3:28 p.m.: contempt. Police issued a summons to April Hecht, 30, 217 N. Lane St., Port Jefferson,

-3:10 p.m.: found property. A wallet belonging to Michael Wooten, 53, was found in the 500 block of South Ohio Avenue. It contained identification cards, credit cards, and photos.

-12:39 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Nigel Allen, 28, on an active Mercer County Warrant.

SUNDAY

-7 p.m.: theft. Dollar General on West Court Street reported the theft of a pink baby blanket.

-6:24 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested John Davis, 39, on an outstanding warrant out of Miami County.

-2:29 p.m.: assault. Police arrested Jordan Shoe, 19, 1129 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, and Matthew DeLafuente, 19, 723 N. Main Ave., for assault.

-1:46 p.m.: dogs and other animals running at large. Police arrested Elissa Graham, 21, 347 Maple St., for having her dog run loose. During the incident it was reported that the dog was attacking another dog and bit a human that was trying to separate the two dogs.

-8:46 a.m.: criminal mischief. Isaias Beltran, 61, 726 Michigan St., reported three individuals were in his yard and pushed his fence over.

-8:36 a.m.: breaking and entering. Token Carey, 40, 21747 Middleton-Hume Road, reported someone broke in and stole $3,450 worth of tools from 606 S. Main Ave.

-2:41 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Britnie Dapice, 28, on an active warrant out of Sidney Municipal Court.

-12:21 a.m.: criminal damaging. Farrah Shafer, 38, 718 Broadway Ave., reported an unknown subject did damage to her vehicle. Damage estimated at $300.

SATURDAY

-5:14 p.m.: possession of drugs. Police suspected methamphetamine during a traffic stop in the 300 block of East North Street.

-3:44 p.m.: breaking and entering. Police investigated a breaking and entering complaint at 227 Helen Court.

-12:51 p.m.: misuse of credit card. Marilyn Winner, 68, 2463 Apache Drive, reported someone used her credit card without her permission.

-12:51 p.m.: assault. Police arrested Bruce Upkins, 49, 424 S. West Ave., for assault.

-11:39 a.m.: theft. Judith Hoelscher, 72, 14 Lane St., Fort Loramie, reported the theft of her credit card number at Walmart in Sidney.

-10:31 a.m.: criminal damaging. North Towne Church of God reported an unknown suspect spray painted one of their church sings, and a trailer. Estimated damage at $200.

-3:50 a.m.: misuse of credit card. Police arrested Hailey Cook, 19, of Piqua, on a warrant through Sidney Municipal Court charging misuse of credit cards.

FRIDAY

-5:38 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Cassandra Dawson, 28, 500 N. Vandemark Road, Apt. 7, for criminal trespass and domestic violence.

-5:09 p.m.: possession of drug paraphernalia. Police issued a summons to Misty Draving, 38, 801 N. Ohio Ave., for possession of drug paraphernalia.

-3:35 p.m.: found property. A credit card belonging to Christine McComas was found in the area of Milligan Court and placed into evidence for safe keeping.

-1:37 p.m.: theft. Police arrested Amy Kerentsew, 42, 121 W. Poplar St., Apt. 508, for theft from Dollar General on West Court Street.

-11:55 a.m.: burglary. Richard Ramirez, 20, 500 N. Vandemark Road, Apt. 60, reported someone entered his residence and took $300 without his permission.

-8:36 a.m.: found property. A 26 inch black and green mountain bike was found in the area of Main Avenue and Lunar Street.

THURSDAY

-4:52 p.m.: possession of drugs. A search warrant was executed at 230 Jefferson St., Apt. 30, and suspected drugs were taken.

Accidents

Larry Franklin, 60, 416 S. West Ave., was cited for driving under suspension after an accident on Sunday at 3:09 p.m.

Franklin was driving through the parking lot of Fuel Stop on West Court Street. He was turning northbound towards Court Street when a vehicle attempted to pull away from a gas pump causing the two vehicles to collide. Officers were unable to determine who was at fault.

The driver of the other vehicle was Jody Rork, 50, 508 Franklin Ave.

• Fredi Campos, 40, 2441 Apache St., was cited for improper lane change after an accident on Friday at 5:03 p.m.

Campos was traveling eastbound on West Court Street near the Highland Street overpass when he attempted to make a lane change from the outermost to inner lane striking a vehicle that was traveling almost parallel to him in the inner lane.

The driver of the other vehicle was Carlose Rogers, 40, 211 Maple St.

TUESDAY

-1:09 to 3:57 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

MONDAY

-8:03 to 9:35 p.m.: Medics responded to nine calls.

-5:53 a.m.: Crews responded to the 600 block of South Kuther Road for a fire alarm because a pull station was activated. No fire was found.

-1:37 to 5:33 a.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

SUNDAY

-11:11 p.m.: Crews responded to the 300 block of Maple Street for a structure fire.

-4:19 p.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-3:20 p.m.: Crews responded to the 800 block of Arrowhead Drive for a fire alarm. A false alarm was confirmed.

-1:51 to 2:43 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-1:46 p.m.: Crews responded to the 800 block of Arrowhead Drive for a fire alarm. A false alarm was confirmed.

-12:01 to 12:14 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
