TUESDAY

-5:41 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Corey Metz, 27, of Wapakoneta, on an outstanding warrant through Sidney Municipal Court.

-12:40 a.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Michael Richards, 23, 2315 Collins, Apt. C, for domestic violence. The reported victim, Susan Mitchell, 55, of same address, had an apparent minor injury.

MONDAY

-11:07 p.m.: criminal trespass. Police arrested Michael Noe, 60, 330 W. North St., at the Fuel Stop on West Court Street. Noe was highly intoxicated and refusing to leave the business. He was arrested for criminal trespass. During search incident to arrest, a baggie of suspected marijuana was located on his person. The incident report listed drug abuse and disorderly conduct as other charges against him.

-9:52 p.m.: theft. Roger Gross Jr., 50, 530 N. Miami Ave., reported the theft of a pair of shoes.

-8:04 p.m.: theft. Ronald Argabright, 73, 7401 Wright-Moyer Road reported someone used his credit card out of state.

-3:47 p.m.: burglary. Bryan Katterhenry, 52, 226 Oak St., reported someone broke into him home while he was at work and stole over $1,800 in property, including gold coins, a wire welder, an air compressor, model cars, and an LED television.

-1:30 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Derek Chavis, 39, 803 S. Main Ave., on an active municipal court warrant.

SUNDAY

-12:04 p.m.: theft. Police arrested April Hecht, 30, 217 N. Lane St., Port Jefferson, for theft, criminal trespass, obstructing official business, and a warrant out of Montgomery County.

-12:49 a.m.: theft. Police arrested Natalie Slife, 27, 610 N. Main Ave., on an outstanding warrant though Sidney Municipal Court charging theft, and was transported to the Shelby County Jail.

-12:38 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Gary Merricle, 35, 11633 State Route 362, Minster, for OVI.

SATURDAY

-7:32 p.m.: theft. Sharon Wright, 60, 14 Laura Circle, Laura, Ohio, reported her Meijer Credit Card was used in Illinois.

-6 p.m.: found paraphernalia. Paraphernalia was turned into the police department for destruction.

-2:11 p.m.: found property. A set of keys was turned into the police department. They were placed into the evidence locker for safe keeping.

-1:36 p.m.: found property. A Mongoose bike was found in the 300 block of East Poplar Street and placed in the police department garage.

-12:20 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Robert Blankenship, 21, 8460 Houston Road, Houston, for OVI.

FRIDAY

-9:55 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Dylan Napier, 19, 112 Oak Ave., on an outstanding warrant.

-5:09 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Christopher Leonard, 24, on a contempt warrant.

-3:34 p.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Danny Bryant, 36, of Sidney, on an active warrant. A syringe and drugs were also located on the man.

-3:20 p.m.: theft. Barbara McDermit, 90, 1631 Cumberland Drive, reported someone scammed her out of her credit card number.

Accidents

Samantha Adams, 18, 210 ½ Lane St., was cited for assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Sunday at 5:13 p.m.

Adams was stopped behind a vehicle on East Court Street at South Main Avenue when a dog in her vehicle got into the drivers side foot well. In her attempt to get the dog out of the floorboard area, she struck the vehicle in front of her in the rear.

The driver of the other vehicle was Kelly Labor, 42, 329 Kossuth St.

• Shauna Hamilton, 31, of St. Paris, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Sunday at 11:46 a.m.

Hamilton was traveling westbound on state Route 47 at Folkerth when she failed to stop in time striking a vehicle that was stopped at the red light.

The driver of the other vehicle was Benjamin Kruger, 40, 815 Arrowhead, Apt. E. Hamilton, the passenger in her vehicle, and Kruger and the two passengers in his vehicle were all transported to Wilson Emergency Room with possible injuries by Sidney Rescue.

• Bridgett Wick, 36, 2673 County Road 25A, was cited for driving within continuous lane of travel, after an accident on Saturday at 3:22 p.m.

Wick was traveling southbound in the 800 block of North Ohio Avenue when he veered right striking a parked car on the rear driver’s side.

No one was cited after an accident on Thursday at 6:10 p.m.

• Savannah Richmond, 20, 999 County Road 25A, was traveling southbound on South Vandemark Road entering the intersection of Campbell Road when she struck a vehicle that was traveling westbound on Campbell Road entering the intersection of Vandemark Road at the same time.

Both vehicles said their light was green. Anthony Kramer, 49, 48 E. Main St., Osgood, was the driver of the other vehicle.

TUESDAY

-12:13 p.m.: Crews responded to the 900 block of Buckeye Avenue for a gas odor, nothing was found.

-6:52 to 10:34 a.m.: Medics responded to five calls.

MONDAY

-11:30 to 11:47 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-9:43 p.m.: Crews responded to the 500 block of North Main Avenue, no incident was found.

-7:55 a.m. to 9:27 p.m.: medics responded to 11 calls.

-12:24 a.m.: Crews responded to the 1800 block of Fair Oaks Drive for a carbon monoxide investigation.

SUNDAY

-10:41 to 11:44 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-8:30 p.m.: Crews responded to the 100 block of North Walnut Avenue for a carbon monoxide investigation.

-2:25 to 6:32 p.m.: Medics responded to five calls.

-11:46 a.m.: Crews responded to Michigan Avenue at Folkerth Avenue for an auto accident.
