TUESDAY

-3:19 a.m.: property found. A police officer on patrol found a skateboard in the street at Fair Road and Spruce Avenue.

MONDAY

-10:33 a.m.: criminal damaging. A door on the auto of Francis Copeland, 804 S. Walnut Ave., was damaged at 202 S. Pomeroy Ave. Loss was $500.

-4:53 a.m.: unruly juvenile. Police arrested a 13-year-old girl on a charge of being unruly.

-2:03 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Police arrested Ibrahima Ly, 43, 926 Buckeye Ave., Apt. 244, at 712 Countryside Lane, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

SUNDAY

-10:41 p.m.: theft. Brook Highley, 17290 Sidney-Plattsville Road, reported the front license plate was stolen from her car at Menards while she was at work there.

-7:18 p.m.: burglary. Richard Cole, 410 New St., reported someone attempted to break into his home. A door frame was damaged, causing a $200 loss.

-4:33 p.m.: theft. Dianna Watren, 121 W. Poplar St., Apt. 209, reported someone stole $2,000 in cash from her purse at her residence.

-2:53 p.m.: property found. A bank card was found and given to police. It was believed to be the property of Connie Wilcox.

-11:11 a.m.: criminal damaging. Taylor Bolin, 725 1/2 Buckeye Ave., reported someone slashed two tires on her vehicle on the street in front of her residence. Loss was $200.

-6:30 a.m.: theft. Allison Woodard, 300 E. Robinwood St., reported a wallet, valued at $20, and two CDs, valued at $26, were stolen from a vehicle at her residence.

-6:11 a.m.: assault. Johnny Stratton, 227 Queen St., reported someone assaulted him at his residence.

-3 a.m.: property found. A driver’s license was found at 133 Franklin Ave. and given to police. The license is believed to be the property of Keairus Jones.

-2:15 a.m.: criminal trespass. Morgan Marvin, 411 S. Main Ave., reported someone entered her residence without her permission.

-1:38 a.m.: theft. Sheri Goninan, 760 E. Parkwood St., reported someone stole an XM radio receiver, valued at $50, from her vehicle at her residence.

-12:54 a.m.: theft. Roger Dotson, 430 E. Russell Road, reported someone entered his auto at his residence and stole registration papers and an insurance card.

SATURDAY

-9:18 p.m.: theft. Danyel Fahnestock, 1309 Riverbend Blvd., reported someone stole the license plates from her vehicle while it was in her driveway.

-8:25 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Timmy D. Tuttle, 38, at large, on a warrant from Franklin County.

-7:06 p.m.: property found. A set of keys was found and given to police.

-5:40 p.m.: theft. Police arrested Yolanda K. Bidwell, 28, 429 Monterey Drive, on a theft charge. She allegedly was driving the auto of Stacey Cooper, 16216 Pasco-Montra Road, Jackson Center. The auto had been reported stolen from 127 Oldham Ave.

-5:18 p.m.: property found. A bicycle was found in the 800 block of Fourth Avenue.

-4:36 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Jarrod King, 20, 508 S. Main Ave., on a warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.

-12:42 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Nigel Allen, 28, 2600 Fair Road, on a warrant.

-11:45 a.m.: theft. James Fogt, 720 S. Miami Ave., reported a lawnmower, valued at $25, was stolen from his residence.

-7:30 a.m.: burglary. Bartram Gunnar, 870 S. Walnut Ave., reported someone entered his residence and stole three TVs, valued about $600.

FRIDAY

-9:34 p.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Nathaniel S. Nichols, 21, 306 Monroe St., on a warrant charging a probation violation.

-7:26 p.m.: theft. Randy Turner, 3855 Lindsey Road, a chainsaw, valued at $150, was stolen from 332 Wilson Ave.

-5:44 p.m.: burglary. The residence of Keith Lewis, 211 1/2 E. North St., was burglarized. A shotgun, two pistols, Xbox and games, TV, and several other items, owned by several victims and valued about $1,300, were stolen.

-5:13 p.m.: theft. Someone stole $68.83 cash from Lesli Davis and $60.82 cash from Amanda Frederick, both of 1321 Dartmouth St., at their residence.

-4:38 p.m.: possession of drugs and criminal tools. Police arrested Christopher Wade, 37, 236 Jefferson St., in the area of Miami Avenue and North Street on charges of possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools. He allegedly had 19 capsules containing heroin and a syringe.

-4:36 p.m.: theft. Maxine Byler, 720 S. Ohio Ave., reported someone stole jewelry, valued at $100, from her residence.

-10:51 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Timothy A. Vore, 33, of Troy, on a contempt warrant.

-10:19 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A woman reported her 13-year-old grandson left the residence Thursday and had not returned at the time of the report.

-8:21 a.m.: vandalism. A vehicle drove through the Landrum Soccer Fields, 650 Riverside Drive, causing ruts. Loss was $606.

Accidents

Temesgen Antoneto, 35, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, was cited with improper backing after an accident Friday at 12:22 p.m.

Antoneto, driving a semi rig, was backing from a road-closed area in the 2400 block of St. Marys Avenue and hit a car behind him that was stopped and waiting on the semi. The driver of the other auto was Loretta McCray, 70, of Circleville.

• Moiryah Overby, 18, 705 Third Ave., was cited with improper backing after an accident Friday at 2:56 p.m.

Overby backed from a private driveway at 705 Third Ave. and hit a car parked on the street. The owner of the parked auto was Kenten Egbert, 9999 State Route 274, Anna.

• Bryan Hirn, 27, 615 Sixth Ave., was cited with failure to maintain an assured clear distance after an accident Saturday at 9:47 a.m.

Hirn was westbound in the 2200 block of Michigan Street and hit the rear of a pickup truck that was stopped westbound in traffic. The driver of the other vehicle was Tina Brideweser, 36, 412 E. South St.

• Steven E. Lloyd, 33, 5156 Frazier-Guy Road, was cited with driving under the influence and failure to control after an accident Sunday at 4:03 a.m.

Lloyd, driving a pickup truck, hit a car parked on the street in front 220 N. Main Ave. The owner of the parked car was Sara Smith, 220 N. Main Ave., Apt. A.

• Taylor O’Leary, 16, of Piqua, was cited with failure to maintain an assured clear distance after an accident Monday at 11:03 a.m.

O’Leary was westbound on Court Street and failed to stop in time for traffic stopped at Fourth Avenue. He hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Corinne Sanders, 35, 18299 Botkins Road, Jackson Center.

• Ashley Vernon, 18, 340 N. West Ave., was cited with failure to maintain an assured clear distance after an accident Monday at 3:15 p.m.

Vernon was westbound in the 1700 block of Michigan Street and struck in the rear a westbound car that had stopped. The driver of the other auto was Angela Dahlinghaus, 45, 5685 Wells Road, Minster.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-9:48 to 11:12 a.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-12:11 a.m. to 10:36 p.m.: Medics responded to 13 calls.

-3:27 p.m.: wash down. Firefighters were called to wash down the scene of an auto accident at 1752 Michigan St.

SUNDAY

-5:25 to 10:27 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
