TUESDAY
-3:45 p.m.: aggravated menacing. Police arrested Kora DeMarcus, 22, 228 W. North St., on a charge of aggravated menacing. She allegedly menaced Courtney Osborne, 1515 Kenwood Drive, Apt. 12.
-9:35 a.m.: burglary. Police arrested a 15-year-old boy after he allegedly broke into a residence at 670 Fair Road and stole five video games, valued at $50. The victim was Ryan Havill, 408 Bel Air Drive.
MONDAY
-2:38 p.m.: theft. Mark Curtner, 1101 N. Main Ave., reported someone stole a knife, camera and GPS unit, valued at $1,300, from his locked vehicle while it was parked on the street at his residence.
SATURDAY
-9:27 p.m.: possession of drugs. Police found suspected drugs during a traffic stop at 2900 Campbell Road. Filing of charges are pending based on lab results.
JULY 3
-8:11 p.m.: violation of protection order. Police arrested Rebecca Y. Diomande, 27, 1421 N. Main Ave., on a charge of violating a protection order. Ian Ostendorf, 331 N. Walnut Ave., reported his wife had allegedly violated the protection order.
JUNE 28
-1:22 a.m.: assault. Anthony Cornett, 460 Oakleaf Court, reported a man assaulted him at his residence and left the area. Cornett had an apparent minor injury.
Accidents
Kayla Graham, 23, 805 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. L, was cited with failure to drive within lane of travel after an accident Monday at 2:58 p.m.
Graham was southbound in the 200 block of North Ohio Avenue and attempted to enter the left-turn lane, crossing parking spaces. She hit a car that was turning into a parking space. The driver of the other auto was Robert E. Bever, 56, 2400 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 8. Graham had possible injuries. The Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services took her to Wilson Memorial Hospital.
• Charles Castle, 58, 709 Arrowhead Drive, was cited with improper backing after an accident Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.
Castle was backing from the driveway at 1321 Dartmouth St. and hit the parked vehicle of Matthew Presser, 1320 Dartmouth St.

WEDNESDAY
-1:40 to 5:49 a.m.: Medics responded to three calls.
TUESDAY
-7 to 10:27 p.m.: Medics responded to five calls.
-7:52 p.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters provided mutual aid to Piqua at a river rescue at Peterson Road and County Road 25A.
