In Sidney Municipal Court Friday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Kassia D. Alberts, 28, 505 N. Main Ave., $150 and $138 costs and sentenced Alberts to five days in jail for theft.

• Neil E. Mallow, 21, 1125 Hilltop Ave., Apt. C, driving under suspension, $250 fine and $111 costs.

• Bryan D. Hirn, 27, 615 Sixth Ave., assured clear distance, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Kayla Graham, 24, 805 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. L, driving within lanes, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Patricia A. Cagle, 62, 631 Folkerth Ave., Lot 52, traffic control device, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Jerry W. Adams, 68, 8100 Lochard Road, right of way, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Thomas S. Doak, 37, 18424 Herring Road, failure to reinstate license (amended from no operator’s license), dismissed, $95 cost, License Intervention Program successful; turning at intersections, dismissed, $10 costs.

In Municipal Court Thursday, Goettemoeller handled the following cases:

• Robin L. Fisher, 44, 213 Lunar St., speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Ashely M. Vernon, 18, 340 N. West Ave., assured clear distance, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Rebecca Y. Diomande, 27, 1421 N. Main Ave., violating temporary protection order (two counts), dismissed.
