FRIDAY

-2:22 a.m.: driving under the influence. Titeka Richardson, 36, Anna, was arrested for OVI.

-2:21 a.m.: theft. Jerry Walls, 52, at large, reported someone stole $900 from him at Comfort Inn on Michigan Street.

THURSDAY

-10:16 p.m.: theft. Barbara Miracle, 60, 106 E. Robinwood St., reported the theft of her cell phone and jacket at Arrowhead Apartments on Arrowhead Drive.

-6:15 p.m.: breaking and entering. Police investigated the report a of back door forced entry of 518 Michigan St. The investigation is closed unless new information is presented.

-5:57 p.m.: drug abuse. Darren Nichols, 34, Anna, was arrested for drug abuse and driving under suspension during a traffic stop.

WEDNESDAY

-9:29 p.m.: criminal damaging. James Martin, 64, 1623 Cypress Place, reported someone damaged the top of his pop-up-camper.

Accidents

Alyssa Lusk, 24, 849 Fielding Road, was cited with failure to yield after an accident on Thursday at 5:22 p.m.

Lusk was attempting to turn right out of the private drive of 140 Northwood Drive, when she hit another vehicle traveling eastbound on Northwood Drive.

The driver of the other vehicle was Rusti Cottrel, 29, 701 N. West Ave.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-3:02 to 9:35 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

THURSDAY

-9:31 p.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched to the 500 block of North Wagner Avenue a smoke scare due to fireworks.

-2:55 to 10:22 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

-1:20 p.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched to the 2000 block of Gearheart Road for mutual aid with Port Jefferson Fire Department for a 25-acre field fire of wheat stubble. The owner of the property is John Greiwe. The Fletcher Volunteer Fire Department also responded.

-6:37 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to the 900 block of Winter Ridge Drive for an odor investigation.

-12:08 p.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched to Michigan Street and I-75 on the report of an mulch fire.

-12:02 p.m.: medical. Crews were dispatched on the report auto of an auto accident.

-10:02 a.m.: fire. Crews were dispatched to Michigan Street and I-75 on the report of a grass fire.
