-8:34 p.m.: theft. Peggy Will, 59, 1110 East Ave., reported the theft of a gold necklace and a white gold ring valued at $1,800.

-1:54 p.m.: theft. Linda Haynes, 68, 220 Piper St., reported someone stole a 20-inch bicycle from her residence.

-1:26 p.m.: criminal damaging. It was reported the window was damaged of the apartment of Dia Mamdou, 49, 963 Buckeye Ave.

-4 a.m.: criminal damaging. The mailbox post of Larry Parks, 68, 836 Fourth Ave., was reported damaged.

-8:34 p.m.: theft. Herbert McBee, 59, 421 ½ N. Miami Ave., reported someone entered his vehicle overnight and took a jig saw, a router and several other tools.

-12:51 p.m. theft. Ashley Barbee, 31, 222 Washington St., reported someone took three trash bags filled with aluminum cans from her back yard.

-11:23 a.m.: criminal damaging. Mitchell Geise, 32, 212 Bon Air Drive, reported someone damaged his truck bed taillight overnight.

-2:25 a.m.: prohibited standing or parking. Obed Maka, 30, 827 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. J, was served a summons for a parking violation.

-1:22 a.m.: driving under the influence. Justin Barger, 28, 515 Culvert St., was arrested for OVI.

-12:49 a.m.: underage consumption of beer. Matthew Delafuente, 19, 723 N. Main Ave., David Crain, 20, 1213 Hilltop Ave., Apt. D, and Logan Schutte, 20, 1213 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, were arrested for underage consumption.

-10:28 p.m. theft. Noel David, 27, 2360 Wapakoneta Ave., Apt. 212, reported his wallet containing $800 and credit cards was taken from Deam Park.

-3:26 p.m. theft. Dodie Staudt, 54, Piqua, was arrested after Moiryah Overbey, 19, 705 Third Ave., reported the theft of $50 at Walmart on Michigan Street.

-2:54 p.m.: criminal damaging. Speedway on Michigan Street reported someone damaged 21 lighters, a pack of black and mild and several other merchandise items.

-1:26 p.m. theft. Michelle Jackson, 37, 619 St. Marys Ave., reported the theft of her Galaxy Note 4 cell phone from her residence.

-12:21 p.m. theft. Hibbetts Sports on Michigan Street reported someone ran off with four pieces of Nike clothing.

-10:31 a.m. theft. Christine Greer, 52, 1771 Port Jefferson Road, reported the theft of a Vera Bradley purse, $40, a makeup case and several credit cards from her residence.

-10:15 a.m. theft. Randy Bradburn, 48, 212 Washington Ave., reported his Samsung cell phone was missing and believes his neighbor may have picked it up.

-10:04 a.m.: lost property. Justin Depinet, 33, 514 Second Ave., reported he lost his LG cell phone in the downtown area.

-11 p.m. theft. Michele Sowders, 42, 303 N. West Ave., reported someone took a gold BMX bike and a pre-paid cell phone from her residence.

-10:56 p.m.: assault. Robert Garner, 53, 402 N. Miami Ave., reported he was assaulted by an unknown male at his residence.

-10:21 p.m. theft. Thomas Witt, 37, 1080 E. Hoewisher Road, reported the theft of his wallet containing his identification card, several credit cards, and other miscellaneous items while at Walmart on Michigan Street.

-9:20 p.m.: criminal damaging. Skyler Williamson, 22, 320 N. Miami Ave., was arrested after Chasity Campbell, 38, 320 N. Miami Ave., Apt. 4, reported he broke out their living room window with a brick.

-8:32 p.m. theft. Douglas Leslie, 60, 721 N. Linden Ave., reported the theft of his Roadmaster bicycle from his yard.

-8:21 p.m.: domestic violence. Cody Bryant, 23, 1221 Grove St., was arrested for domestic violence.

-1:12 p.m.: contempt. Derrick Selhorst, 35, Celina, was arrested on a warrant and taken to jail.

-1:06 p.m.: criminal damaging. It was reported someone damaged the Orbison Park sign.

-1:02 p.m. theft. Charles Leirer, 28, 824 Park St., Apt. C, reported the theft of $500 from his residence.

-2:59 a.m.: assault. Crystal Risdon, 34, 629 North West Ave., reported the assault of Seth Jacobs, 21, Piqua.

Accidents

Emily Smith, 21, 657 Ridgeway Drive, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Monday at 5:39 p.m.

Smith was traveling eastbound on Fair Road when she veered right and struck a parked vehicle at 615 Fair Road.

The owner of the other vehicle is Derick Basil, 614 Fair Road.

TUESDAY

-6:17 a.m. to 1:12 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

MONDAY

-6:05 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to Burger King on Michigan Street on the report of a mulch fire.

-3:02 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to Walmart on Michigan Street on the report of a small mulch fire.

-2:01 p.m. medical. Medics were dispatched to Kuther and Millcreek Road on the report of an auto accident.

-7 a.m. to 8:55 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.
