• Hayden Jackson, 17, Troy, speeding, Carteens program

• Elijah Kuck, 16, Anna, failure to yield, Carteens program

• Harley Campbell, 15, Sidney, no driver’s license, reckless operation, and seat belt violation, $25 fine on each offense, and further license suspension

• Sheyanne Heatherly, 17, Sidney, speeding in school zone, $35 fine, traffic school

• Judy Beaver, 17, Sidney, speeding, $35 fine, traffic school

• Dallas Hughes, 17, Sidney, driving under suspension and headlights required, $25 fine on each charge, and driver suspension

• Lauren Ordean, 17, Sidney, failure to control, assured clear distance, $60 fine, traffic school, driver suspension

• Mitchell Heuing, 17, Russia, seat belt violation, $30 fine
