WEDNESDAY

-2:36 p.m.: suspicious car. Deputies were dispatched to the 19000 block of state Route 706 in Perry Township on the report of a suspicious car parked by a barn.

-10:29 a.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 4291 River Road on the report of the theft of a laptop from a vehicle.

-4:17 a.m.: shooting. Deputies were dispatched to the 5000 block of Stoker Road on the report of someone shooting in the area.

TUESDAY

-6:09 p.m.: suspicious car. Deputies were dispatched to the 1000 block of Stephens Road in Clinton Township on the report of a van selling meat from a van in the area.

Accidents

Brandon Kendall, 30, Piqua, was transported to Wilson Health following an accident on Sunday at 10 p.m.

Kendall was traveling westbound in the 21000 block of Dingman Slagle Road when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the right side of the roadway, over corrected, traveled back across the roadway off to the left side and struck a utility pole before coming to a rest in a yard of the south side of Dingman Slagle Road.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-10:46 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 13000 block of Ailes Road in Franklin Township.

-9:18 p.m.: fire. Anna Rescue and Fire Department, Botkins Rescue and Fire Department, Van Buren Township Fire Department responded to15751 Meranda Road in Franklin Township on a structure fire.

-7 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 9000 block of Greenville Road in Turtle Creek Township.
