FRIDAY

-2:40 a.m.: criminal damaging. Leroy Ahrns, 58, 628 S. Main Ave., reported someone damaged the paint on his Pontiac Montana van.

THURSDAY

-10:01 p.m.: drug abuse. Raymond Millet Jr., 26, 606 Fourth Ave., was arrested for drug abuse after being in possession of marijuana.

-8:43 p.m.: vandalism. James Phillips II, 22, 533 Forest St., was arrested for vandalism.

-6:20 p.m.: criminal trespass. Skyler Williamson, 22, and Rylee Miller, 18, both of 306 N. Miami Ave., were arrested for criminal trespassing.

-3:10 p.m.: burglary. Lester Utley, 53, 1211 Amherst Drive, reported his rear bedroom window was shattered and three TVs, an Xbox and controller, a computer table and Hewlett Packard computer were stolen from his residence.

-2:14 p.m.: criminal mischief. Sabrina Murphy, 39, 817 S. Main Ave., reported someone used a window paint marker on her truck.

-1:29 a.m.: theft. Collin Sharp, 26, at large, was arrested and charged with theft, criminal damaging, criminal trespass, and obstructing official business, and Shyla Williamson, 25, at large, was arrested for receiving stolen property after Tyler Martin, 23, 720 Second Ave., reported the theft of his Samsung Galaxy Note 5 cellphone.

Accidents

Margo Cotterman, 26, 979 Buckeye Ave., was transported by Sidney Fire Department to Wilson Health after an accident on Thursday at 8 p.m.

The driver of another vehicle was attempting to park in the parking lot of 450 W. Russell Road when it bumped into Cotterman who was standing by her vehicle in the parking lot.

The driver of the other vehicle did not stop and left the scene. Cotterman also left the scene and called medics to respond when she arrived home.

• Faith Morrow Phelps, 18 736 N. Miami Ave., was cited with right of way drive or alley after an accident on Thursday at 7:14 p.m.

Morrow Phelps was pulling out of a private drive at 2215 Michigan St. when she stopped in the roadway and was hit by another vehicle traveling eastbound on Michigan Street.

The driver of the other vehicle was Tuley Maxwell, 31, 8778 state Route 47.

-1:05 to 8:24 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.
