WEDNESDAY

-2:47 a.m.: domestic violence. Police were called to 119 Shelby St. on a report of a domestic violence incident in progress. They arrested Michael J. McGee, 19, of that address. He was charged with kidnapping, domestic violence, violating a protection order and resisting arrest. The victim, Christine Elson, had an apparent minor injury.

-1:08 a.m.: criminal damaging and theft. Susan Cantrell, 233 N. Main Ave., reported an air compressor, chain saw and power washer, valued at $1,200, were stolen from her residence. A door and door frame were damaged, causing a $20 loss.

TUESDAY

-11:32 p.m.: indictment. Police arrested Brianna Thornton, 29, 606 S. Miami Ave., on a grand jury indictment charging trafficking in drugs and possession of criminal tools.

-12:19 p.m.: theft. Personnel at Hexa America, 1150 S. Vandemark Road, reported seven propane cylinders, valued at $1,000, were stolen from the business.

-8:30 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Lancson L. Bertsch, 21, 202 N. Walnut Ave., on a warrant.

FRIDAY

-10:21 p.m.: sale of alcohol to underage person. Police charged Jennifer Fergus, 26, 835 E. Court St., with sale of alcohol to an underage person at the Marathon gas station, 1001 Milligan Court.

-9:28 p.m.: sale of alcohol to underage person. Police charged Kimberly Lovett, 39, 221 1/2 N. West Ave., with sale of alcohol to an underage person during an alcohol compliancy check at the Marathon gas station, 2190 Fair Road.

-8:59 p.m.: underage possession of alcohol. Police charged Jewelle Knight, 18, 812 Park St., Apt. D, with underage possession of alcohol at the Speedway gas station, 1501 St. Marys Ave.

-8:40 p.m.: sale of alcohol to underage person. Police charged Karen Stockstill, 715 Mojave Court, with selling alcohol to an underage person at the Speedway station, 1515 N. Main Ave. The alleged offense was found during an alcohol compliancy check.

-8:07 p.m.: underage possession of alcohol. Police charged Kyle Pierce, 18, 882 Fielding Road, with underage possession of alcohol at the Marathon gas station, 402 W. Hoewisher Road.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-3:30 to 5:32 a.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-5:25 a.m.: diesel leak. Firefighters were called to 500 S. Vandemark Road, where diesel fuel had leaked from a train.

TUESDAY

-8:20 a.m. to 2:37 p.m.: Medics responded to five calls.

-12:58 p.m.: electrical problem. Firefighters were called to 306 Enterprise Ave., where an electrical problem had been reported.
